Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Astrovids platform ("Service"), operated by Astrovids (21 Rue Paul Eluard, 38600 Fontaine, France), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Astrovids is a SaaS platform that provides video creation, editing, and optimization services for advertising content intended for social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Video, and Snapchat.

Our services include professional video editing, motion graphics, color grading, captioning, subtitling, audio mixing, and platform-specific optimization.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must immediately notify us at contact@astrovids.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

• Astrovids offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is listed on the Services page and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for first-time subscribers. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
• Enterprise plans are subject to separate agreements as outlined in individual contracts.

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to the platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Astrovids a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.

Upon full payment, you own the final edited video deliverables created for you by Astrovids. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-confidential examples of our work in portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or create content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing activities.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform policies.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the platform's security.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Astrovids shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrovids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astrovids, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenoble, France.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
