Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Hassan Oulahyan, an individual trading as Astrovids ("we", "us", "Astrovids"). By requesting or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not request or use our services. These terms apply to all clients and visitors.

Astrovids is a creative and growth studio. We provide done-for-you services including short-form video ads and reels, brand image packs, motion graphics, SEO, Google Business Profile and local SEO, and AI-search (GEO) optimization.

Each engagement is a project agreed in writing (a quote), with a defined scope, deliverables, timeline, and price.

• Every project is quoted in writing before payment. Starting prices are shown on the Services page; final pricing depends on scope, quantity, and deadline.
• All prices, charges and refunds are in USD. You are responsible for any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your own bank.
• An agreed deposit may be required to begin work; the balance is due on milestones or delivery as described in your quote.
• Card payments are handled by a third-party payment provider on its own hosted page. The provider and the accepted card types are confirmed in writing with your quote before you pay. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Charges appear on your statement as ASTROVIDS.
• We do not operate subscriptions and do not store your card for future billing. Each project is a one-time charge. Where a written quote sets out an ongoing retainer, each cycle is invoiced separately and requires a new payment from you; you may end the retainer at any time by emailing us and it stops from the next cycle.
• Prices are exclusive of any sales, use or value-added tax. Where such tax applies it will be shown separately at checkout or on your invoice.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and never billed by surprise.

All deliverables are digital and are supplied electronically by download link or email. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping charges apply.

• Short-form reels and video ads are delivered within 48 hours of your brief and payment being confirmed.
• Brand image packs, full SEO audits and GEO setups are delivered in 3–5 business days.
• Your written quote states the delivery date for your specific project; that date prevails over these general timeframes.
• If a deadline is at risk we will tell you before it passes and agree a revised date or a refund with you.
• Rush delivery may be available. We confirm whether it is possible, and any additional cost, before you pay.

Revisions, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. A practical summary is on our Payments & Delivery page.

You retain ownership of content you provide to us ("Your Content"). By sharing it, you grant Astrovids a limited license to use, edit, and process it solely to deliver your project.

• You own or have the necessary rights to Your Content.
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Your Content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for you. Some deliverables incorporate third-party licensed material — for example stock music, stock footage or licensed fonts. That material is not ours to transfer: it remains the property of its licensor and is supplied to you under that licensor's terms, which we identify in your quote or on delivery. If you need a specific usage right, such as paid advertising, broadcast or resale, tell us before we start so we can license accordingly. We may use non-confidential examples of our work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

You agree not to request work that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrovids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the project giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco, and you and Hassan Oulahyan each consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing in this clause removes any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence where consumer law gives you that right.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at contact@astrovids.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If your payment was made by card, raising the issue with us first is usually faster than a chargeback, and we will always work with you in good faith.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
