Most short-form reels and video ads are delivered within 48 hours. Larger brand image packs, full SEO audits, and GEO setups usually take 3–5 business days. If you need something faster, tell us your deadline and we'll confirm whether a rush delivery is possible before you pay.

How many revisions are included?

Every project includes revisions so you're happy with the result. We work in clear rounds: you review, leave timestamped or written notes, and we refine. Pricing is per project, not per revision, so you know the cost up front. Complex changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and never billed by surprise.

Which platforms do you create for?

We produce native formats for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Snapchat Spotlight, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X. Each asset is exported to that platform's exact aspect ratio, length, and spec, so your creative looks native and performs well wherever you publish it.

Yes. Astrovids is a creative and growth studio, so we can produce your ads and reels while also running SEO, Google Business Profile, and AI-search (GEO) optimization. Bundling creative with visibility work keeps your messaging consistent and your brand easier to find across Google, Maps, and AI assistants.

How does pricing and quoting work?

Every service shows a transparent starting price in US dollars, and nothing starts over $110. Your final quote depends on scope, quantity, and deadline. Tell us your goals and budget and we'll send a clear, itemized quote — no agency mystery, no hidden fees. Larger or ongoing projects are quoted to fit your budget.

Question 6

How do I pay, and what currency will I be charged in?

You receive a written quote first, then a secure payment link or an invoice. All charges are in US dollars and appear on your statement as ASTROVIDS. Card details are handled end to end by our payment provider on its own hosted page — we never see or store your full card number. The provider and the accepted card types are confirmed in writing with your quote before you pay.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Tell us within 14 days of delivery. Revisions are included in every project, so our first step is always to fix the work through a revision round. If we cannot get it right, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Who will I work with, and when are you available?

Astrovids is a remote studio run by Hassan Oulahyan, who works with clients worldwide. You work directly with the small team making your assets — not a faceless queue. We communicate by email and phone, and typically reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 ET.
