Hassan Oulahyan, trading as Astrovids, sells digital creative and marketing services to businesses and creators. Everything we deliver is a digital file or a configuration change made on your behalf — we do not sell or ship physical goods.

Published starting prices range from $15 to $110 USD. The full list is on our Services page.

1. You send a brief. Use the contact form, email or phone. Nothing is charged at this stage.
2. We send a written quote within 24 hours, stating the scope, deliverables, delivery date and a fixed price in USD.
3. You pay securely. If you accept, we send a secure payment link or an invoice. You enter your card details on the payment provider’s own hosted, PCI-compliant page — never on this website.
4. We produce and deliver within the timeframes in section 5, then revise until the work matches the agreed scope.

We are finalising our payment provider, so no card payments are being taken through this website yet. Every project is quoted first, and the provider and accepted card types are confirmed in writing with your quote before you pay. We expect to accept:

• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Card details are entered directly on the payment provider’s systems. We never receive, see or store your full card number or security code.

• All prices, charges and refunds are in USD.
• Charges appear on your card statement as ASTROVIDS. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it — we will identify it for you the same business day.
• Nothing renews automatically and we never store your card to bill you again. Every project is a one-time charge. If you agree an ongoing retainer, it is set out in your written quote — amount, frequency and how to stop it — and each cycle is invoiced to you separately, so no payment is ever taken without you approving it first. You can end a retainer at any time by emailing us; it stops from the next cycle.
• A deposit may be required to start larger projects. The balance falls due on the milestones described in your quote.
• Prices exclude any sales, use or value-added tax. Where such tax applies it is shown separately at checkout or on your invoice. You are responsible for any bank conversion or foreign transaction fees.

All deliverables are digital and are supplied by download link or email. There are no shipping costs and no physical dispatch.

Timeframes run from the point we have both your payment and everything we need from you (brief, assets, access). The delivery date in your written quote always prevails over the general timeframes above. If a deadline is ever at risk, we tell you before it passes and agree a new date or a refund with you. Rush delivery may be available — we confirm feasibility and any extra cost before you pay.

• Cancel before work starts and any amount paid is refunded in full.
• Every project includes revision rounds; pricing is per project, not per revision.
• You have 14 days from delivery to request a revision or a refund review.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Contact us first — it is almost always faster than a chargeback, and we will resolve legitimate refund requests without one.
